Need help

I know it's not mmpr but need some help iv had this in my collection for over 10 years I don't know much about it but  it's Kenner and made to go to Germany I think but never ran across another one nothing on ebay anybody got any info about Kenner imports? Thanks ranger nation!

Ebay has all the guns weapons Tommy's shield that's what happened to me got all the flip heads but no weapons got a lot of ebay i still have like 15 blasters but no rangers lol

Some of my autographs, got the jdf sticker from Karen Ashley she was so nice and caring, said some great things about jdf, meet Austin, Karen, and Jonny in Huntington WV couple of years ago, they were awesome!!!!
