I have an 8 year old chinchilla who is the sweetest lad. He loves to bounce round in his chinchilla mansion and during playtime he likes to sit on my shoulder or sometimes my head. He is big and tough when he has to be though. On the rare occasion my 20 month old cocker spaniel goes for a look at the cage (4ft off floor) he bounces down and fronts him up! He sits on the nearest shelf and stares him out like "just try it punk!"
